Extension of Time (EOT) for Statutory Filing Deadlines

Pursuant to the further extension of MCO 3.0, we wish to advise that the following protocols for our office in response to the MCO shall continue as advised in our Alert 6-2021 (MCO Update#9):

1. Our office will be closed during the control period.
2. Where possible and practical, we will also be:
   (a) expediting necessary statutory submissions to LHDN (and SSM) prior to 1 June 2021, and where necessary, during the intervening control period; and
   (b) on a work-from-home mode to facilitate the finalisation of urgent assignments.
3. Communications with our clients during the control period will be facilitated through emails and/or mobiles.
4. Key updates regarding Statutory Compliance during the MCO Period are attached herewith for your kind reference and further action where applicable.
